  I'm done leaving my money in savings at this bank, or any bank for that matter. Every time I've tried to go to the bank and get my money out for something I want to purchase with cash, such as a car, it's been closed. I have no way of getting to my cash because atms only let you pull a few hundred out before stopping you. I want access to any amount of my money at any time. I'm getting a safe, and that's the end of that.

  I've been financed through them for about 4 months now. Not once have I been able to get through to anyone on their 888 number. I will sit on hold for an hour regarding the same issue which is always getting through to make a payment online (which includes a fee to use the online payment center). The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  You can't beat their customer service local bug and Beyond to help you even if that means staying on the phone with you for two hours to make it right and their fraud protection is great
